Fees for Service

Endodontic services very greatly due to the nature and complexity of the procedure. The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment. Endodontic fees typically range from $750 to $1300 and it is our policy that your portion of the payment is paid for at the time of treatment. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and American Express.

We are also pleased to offer CareCredit to our patients. Thru this program we offer a Six Month no Interest payment plan that can make your dental treatment more affordable. If you are interested in this program, click on the following link: http://www.carecredit.com .

Dental Insurance

Our office participates with the Delta Dental Premier Program.

We will obtain an estimate of the amount that your insurance company is expected to pay. You will be asked to pay the portion of the fee that is not covered by the insurance company on the day of treatment. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file a claim for you, and will submit the claim to your insurance company.

The estimates quoted by insurance companies are occasionally inaccurate due to yearly maximums, or treatment in another dental office that has not yet been processed. Your insurance company may also set a procedure limit, which is sometimes lower than a reasonable fee for the procedure. Please understand that your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company. If there is a difference between our fee, and what is ultimately paid by your insurance company, you will be responsible for the balance.

If you do not have dental insurance, full payment is due at the time of service.

Appointment Cancellations

Please note, we do request 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. This is important for us to be able to use all of our schedule time to serve patients in need of dental treatment. We reserve well over an hour for each patient’s treatment and late cancellations often leave this time unused, and make it difficult for us to meet the needs of other patients. It is for this reason that we request 24 hours notice. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding of this policy.
